This is not your average yoga studio. It is an incredibly special place to come to relax and recharge. The owner Carmen provides private and group special needs classes for all ages in addition to her daily regular classes. She is an approved DDD vendor for young adults 21+ (if you know, you know).
My son and many of his friends take the special needs classes but they are always welcome in the general classes too. My adult son was welcomed in the Friday night Happy Hour class for the past 2 years in addition to taking his private individual classes.

This was my very first hot yoga class, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it turned out to be both relaxing and rejuvenating, especially with the meditation woven into the class. The instructor was excellent—her instructions were clear, easy to follow, and communicated with such calm confidence that I felt comfortable the entire time. She created a welcoming, supportive environment that made it easy for a beginner like me to fully enjoy the practice. I left feeling refreshed, centered, and excited to come back again. Highly recommend!
Carmen is an excellent yoga instructor she is very spiritual and intuitive. Carmen explains poses and helps when you need it, and challenges you when she feels you need that as well. Love the new studio.
