When I first contacted the company I was able to secure an appointment for a gutter cleaning right away. They kept the appointment and the serviceman did an excellent job. He identified a clogged underground drain and got me a quote same day to come back and try to fix the problem. However, the customer service people kept "putting me on the books" for the following week-- three weeks in a row and I would never hear back from them. I followed up for 5 weeks and finally tried to call/text to schedule the appointment and have been totally ghosted. I would not recommend them at all.

We've been using them for 2 years. They do a very good job. They give plenty of notice the week they will come and the technicians have been professional, quick, and respectful of our property. Very good value.

If you purchase through Groupon just forget about it. They have a separate wait list for groupon customers as I was told by the woman who answers the phone, which is 1.5months longer than everyone else. Which is silly because they were booking regular call ins for only about 7 days out. So they weren't crazy busy obviously. They did do work before, which was pretty good, if you you feel that's worth the wait then go for it.
