Anytime you cancel an appointment, it takes at least 6 months to get another appointment. If you have a chronic illness, this can kill you. Healthcare was never like this when I was a kid. It's all about monopolies and money, not patient care and RWJBH is just as guilty as any in this.

I recommend that people think twice before going to doctors at this hospital. They tout themselves alot but if they want to be the best, they have to step up their game..a lot. It’s ridiculous that doctors can’t get the radiology department to read CT scans in a timely manner. I’ve been going to this hospital for 25 years and this has only been happening for two years. Staff told me yesterday that a woman who had a scan on June 2 still has not had her scan read (today is 6/26). Put yourself in this person’s place..not knowing if your cancer is stable or has spread..hoping every time your cell phone rings that this is your scan result, and scared and nervous with each day that passes. Staff says there just aren’t enough radiologists…so pay them what will attract them. Somebody has to fix this.

This place is all about the 'appearance' of their health facilities and does not care about patient care at all. A doctor spends like 5 minutes with you and then bills $300 or something like that. But the physical locations look great. Also the front desk staff tell you things that are just wrong. You NEVER have to give your SS# to a hospital or doctors office. The only reason they ask this is to track you down if you can't pay. Last time they tried to manipulate me into giving a scan of my hand print saying it was for security purposes. Uh, hospital systems can get hacked and then where is my security? On the dark web. Finally the front desk staff said I didn't have to do it. Also, I found info on my health report that was just wrong or made up by the provider. The care and administration is so bad and lacking. They are just a big, greedy, corporate monopoly.

All I can say is thank you Dr. Zablow. Your ability to relieve my neck pain has really allowed me to enjoy a number of other activities that were too painful to attempt before I met you. I know that when I feel out of kilter, a proper adjustment from you sets me straight every time. Sincerely, Irwin S.
