Not a good experience talking to the billing department. All the information had to be pried from the representative including on how to access the information online. The representative seemed extremely annoyed with the call.

Barnabus is one of the best places to deliver children in the state, if not the country. The NICU unit here is incredible and the supporting departments like the perinatals are good as well. The wait can be quite long for many departments, especially the perinatals and the lab for bloodwork, but the quality is worth it. The nursing staff here is awesome as well and truth cares about the patients and especially the babies. They check in very often. The rooms are comfortable and private, but be warned some of them don't have their own showers. The NICU staff is world class as well and really made us feel comfortable leaving our baby with them.
