My hair came out beautifully but is now damaged. After washing 3 times, it still has a very bad burnt smell which has never happened to me before. I also don’t put heat on my hair often at all.

I've gone here quite often over the years but the prices have definitely inflated. I came here to have my weave taken out and then a wash and set. The owner Nikki complained the entire time about taking out my weave and braids but I kept thinking lady this is what you agreed to do!!! If you didn't want to do it then you could've said no. Anyway at the end she tried to charge me $100!!!!! Ain't no way in hell I'm paying $100 for weave braid removal (which she had me helping her), and a wash and set. She also had me condition my hair too since she was busy lol. You can't make this stuff up!!! Anyway, we later agreed on $80 but still extremely over priced. I gave the extra star because she knows what she's doing but Amparo down the street provides a better service even though they too are over priced. In this day and age it's important that these shops keep reasonable prices if they want to compete or else they'll lose all of their business to other more competitively priced spots!

I haven’t had my hair done in a while and Niky noticed right away lol she gave me a steam treatment for my dry hair which I liked a lot. Even tho she was the only one working she had everything under control and everyone out on time. She is accommodating and very sweet. I will be coming back to her so she can get my hair back in check!! Thank you Niky!!! ❤️
