The service is terrible; they basically take your money without actually doing anything, and the customer service is awful. I do not recommend it.

I had a wonderful experience at this Oasis physical therapy office in West New York. Mary ,Stefany and Valeria are amazing secretaries. They are always kind, professional, and willing to help with any questions or concerns. They make the entire process easy and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Their excellent customer service truly makes a difference. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for compassionate and efficient care.

I’ve been going to for quite some time now and it’s a great facility. The staff is friendly and especially all the ladies behind the front desk. There’s I believe four or five and they’ve all individually helped me and we’re great.

I can't say enough good things about my experience at OASIS in west New York. From day one, the staff has been incredibly kind and welcoming, you never feel like just another patient here. The doctors are not only knowledgeable, but genuinely compassionate. They've taken time to explain everything clearly, answer all my questions, and never once rushed me through a visit.
What really stood out to me is how they consistently go above and beyond to help whether it's following up personally, helping with forms, or just making sure I feel heard and supported. I am still facing rough days physically and emotionally due to my injury, and they always treated me with care and patience. This is a team that truly cares and it shows in everything they do.
