As a regular weight lifter, I always come in for a "tune up" as the deadlifts and squats take its toll. Chris has a history of being in competitive powerlifting so he understands athletes well. His stretching exercises and regular chiropractic care has been invaluable in helping me rest and recover so I can perform better in the gym. Highly recommended if you are in the Guttenberg/Edgewater area and need of a chiropractor.

As a seasoned writer, I can express lots of thoughts about Dr. Chris Mattina’s professional treatment. But let me summarize them here: I have received Physical Therapy at different times in my relative long life from various practitioners for one reason or another, and in more than one state and country.
