Deciding to give them a call, I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable quote they provided, which was in line with what I've paid in other cities. Despite my initial skepticism due to their lower price, the service turned out to be exceptional. Contrary to the promise of two cleaners, they sent three, who meticulously cleaned my two-bedroom, two-bath apartment from top to bottom in just about two hours. They even went above and beyond by folding some laundry I had left in the dryer. Impressed by their efficiency and attention to detail, I plan to use their services on a monthly basis, and perhaps even twice a month, given the affordable rate.“

“Great service and definitely worth it! We needed our apartment cleaned after a roommate moved out, mainly the bathroom and kitchen. Maria was amazing. She was able to clean the kitchen (including oven, stove, inside the refrigerator, microwave, and even toaster oven), bathroom, plus the floors - all within the included 4 hour limit! Booking the appointment was super easy, and they were very friendly and helpful. Kept you up to date through text and checked in on how the service was going and asked if you needed anything. So glad I found them and will use their service again when needed!“

“IT is VERY VERY difficult for me to give 5 stars for a cleaning service as I have tried so many and they have specially disappointed.However, I used City Maid Service in June before moving into my apartment so they can clean the dust and dirt off every shelf and clean the beyond disgusting oven and refrigerator that was left behind.They did a PHENOMENAL job!!!! They left behind the little ledge outside my apartment and the broiler in my oven and City Maid Service sent them the next day to come clean it and they did.. and did a phenomenal job.I am now going to be using City Maid service to clean my apartment on a monthly or biweekly basis.Again.. this is hard, but I really think they make a significant difference.“
