I remember when I first moved back to North Bergen and was recommended this carwash. Met the original owner whose frame is on the wall, may he RIP. The treatment was on par with the wash.. pure quality and care.
Fast forward to just last week. As seen in the images. They've managed to scratch up my side panel and most frustratingly damage my dash because of the pressure applied with their dirty rags.
Always leaving them generous tips and this is how I confirm my last visit.

Great simple exterior wash. $8 for normal sedan. Hand wash with machine dryer followed by hand towel finishing dry.

The workers are stealing. They stole from me while I was paying in the office for some Ray-Bang glasses and a perfume that I had in my car. It's unfortunate because the workers before never did that.

Do not bring your car to this place for an interior wash! The roof pinning was ripped and detached - the owner of the car wash lied to my face and said my car was already like that - a lesson to be learned - always question why some Places are cheaper than others - my fault for not questioning and doing thorough research on this place - do yourselves a favor a do not bring your car to this place

Second time I come here. Same experience. They get you out super fast. Went to pay by the time I got out they were already finished. They don't clean very good. In between the passenger and driver seats still dirty, they don't clean where the cup holders are, nor where the gear levels are, the radio screen still dirty, the screen by the steering wheels still dirty, they didn't even passed a rag, the door dirty as well they didnt vacuum. So they basically just vacuum the mats and wash the exterior.
I should've learned from my 1st time there but decided to give it a second chance because I thought the first time they were kind of busy, but today it's Monday and there was only one other car besides me. So it's not because they were busy they just don't do a good job.
Won't be coming here again. So disappointed.
