Terrible, had a pedicure and she did a bad job. The nail polish had empty spots, my cuticle only cut on some spots. I do not recommend this place.

I got foot fungus. Never in my life have I gotten this when I asked one of the ladies there what what something I saw they said I must’ve hit my foot two weeks past I decided to remove my polish to see why my nail was breaking I notice it got worse went to the doctors and told me what it was since. This is the worse they are horrible people for doing this to me and not being honest about what it was so I could have targeted this issue sooner. I’ve been going to them for about 3 month.

Got nicked in 3 different nails, had to remind the tech to put on antiseptic and she didn't for 2 of them, not dealing with swollen nail beds and potential infection. Not to mention inability to properly communicate and slow service. Bad experience. Not going back.

With her uniquely personalized service style, Cori made this store feel like my second home—a new social zone. She was the most flexible and comfortable beauty specialist, paying extra attention to detail, especially when cleaning between my toes with the highest hygiene standards throughout the pedicure process. The foot massage and the products she used left my skin feeling smooth, relaxed, and refreshed with a pleasant scent.

I've tried the place under its previous owner and it's current... the service and quality is equally terrible! My son and I ended up with feet infection despite using the plastic... that leads to the tools being poorly disinfected. The energy is a bit off as if you're asking for a an unauthorized freebie and saw how they cut corners even while servicing. GO ANTI-FUNGAL and with a low expectation for quality READY.

Sometimes we just need to know when a business simply can not meet our basic needs, despite how great the reviews may be . I have experienced this location when it was under the previous name and a different management at the time the service was terrible. I returned under this name and this management and the service was slightly better yet my son and I ended up with a foot infection. Just not the place for us.

I had been going to this place ever since it opened but the last three times have had a horrible experience. The girl, whose name is Ophelia I believe, did my gel manicure with the hard coat and it peeled off in 3 days with the hard coat coming off my actual nail. I had an appointment for Friday and the owner called me to reschedule to Monday. When I went in, the person who was suppose to do my nails had taken someone else. Ophelia wanted me to wait and then proceeded to tell me that I could either get a manicure or pedicure. She was rude and unhelpful and did not comprehend that I had to get back home due to childcare. There are a ton of nail salons in this area, no need to deal with people like Ophelia who don’t respect customers and are not good at their job.

I went there around when they changed administration. The new owner is very nice, I had one tiny problem, I had booked my appointment at a certain time and I arrived at said certain time but the lady that was supposed to do my nails didn’t arrive in time (Im guessing) and I was just waiting until one of the other workers was available so that they could do my nails, which was a little annoying honestly but I ended up getting my nails done and they came out really beautiful.
