My mother was only a day or two before death when I preplanned her cremation service. I contacted All Faith Cremation Service and spoke with Dan. He was very compassionate and understanding as he walked me through the process of the online planning and what to do when she did pass. I contacted him 2 days later, on a Saturday at midnight when she passed at home and he took the call and told me that my mother would be picked up soon.
