I am incredibly grateful to the team at West Milford Vision System. Due to a system glitch, my appointment wasn't showing up when we arrived, but instead of turning us away, they fit us in immediately. It was my 7-year-old son’s first eye exam, and they were so patient, kind, and engaging with him—he actually had fun! To top it all off, they made his glasses on-site the very same day. Going from a scheduling mishap to walking out with new glasses in a few hours is unheard of. Truly amazing service!
