They have sufficient insurance to cover most condo association's insurance requirements and can provide Certificate of Insurance to any property management companies expeditiously. I had issues with the heat pump in my condo. It was not cooling and heating properly and the circulating fan would not stop. The air handling unit is in my apartment and the heat pump is on the roof. Many contractors refused to service this unit because it is very difficult to access the heat pump on the roof of a 3 stories building. My heat pump issue was lingering for 6 months and several HVAC contractors came for the service. They were contractors approved by my condo association. I spent over $700 without getting proper resolution. They never fixed the unit properly. I then searched for an other contractor and found Celestial Air from the internet.
