Thank you so much to Micki for a list of so many things! First for letting me talk in circles about what I wanted done, then for offering suggestions but always leaving the final outcome to me. I haven't had a cut in a year and a half, so that on top of growing out my silvers naturally, I needed help bad! Micki cut all the fried/dead hair, that was hanging down to the middle of my back, to my shoulders and understood the way curly hair works. I now have beautiful layers and a pretty bob style that I can just wash and go. Micki is the best, there is such a comfy feeling there, and the salon was clean, spotless and safe - highly recommend! 5*
