M&B Septic is a terrific, responsive and very knowledgeable company. We had a terrible emergency where the septic was backing up into the utility sink of the house. After our previous septic service (John Matthes) didn't help us, I called M&B. They immediately got us on the schedule and sent help within hours. Leo was very knowledgeable and found the problem of a clogged pipe and filter. No pumping was necessary and he had the system running in no time. Leo also gave me better maintenance instructions for the future. The bill was a lot less than I expected and they did not charge me for an emergency service as the other company was planning to. Recently my bride and I hired M&B Septic. Sean and his Men couldn’t have been more professional. Barbara who runs the office is very gracious. You can call Barbara with any question and she will always get an answer for you. The quality of the Craftsmanship in the field along with the professionalism inside the office is something you don’t see much today, this is what you get from M&B Septic. Tremendous work.

M&B did a fabulous job replacing the distribution box on one of our septic tanks (required for home sale). They readily accommodated our exceptionally tight time window, arrived when scheduled, did the work cleanly and efficiently, and did no damage to the property. The crew doing the excavation and installation was friendly and engaging, and explained everything they were doing (I ask a lot of questions. Some would say too many.).
