Stay well clear and do not fall for Mister M's (Marcos Rezende) sales pitch. He's a great salesman and a world-class con-artist! He promised that the bathroom would take 4-6 weeks from start to finish. We are now 12 weeks into the project and the master bathroom is unfinished and unusable (still needs electrical work, carpentry and painting). During the initial process, Marcos will draft up a quick sketch of your bathroom using pen and paper and provide a highly inflated estimate, because he will convince you that the job will run smoothly and he will be "on-site" to keep the project moving along.
