Such an incredible deep tissue massage from Lili. I had very back neck and trap stiffness and LilI was able to help relieve the pressure and stress. I will be returning as soon as possible! A wonderful find!!!

I can recommend the Chinese massage and they are definitely providing a great, clean, comfortable and prompt service. I would just say that the smaller hands and smaller fingers of the women can have a little more painful poking affect in areas rather than a nice, thick hand or forearm. Personal preference.

I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about my massage by Lili. I was in terrible pain due to arthritis caused by a lifetime of working with horses and Lili made me comfortable for the first time since winter started. She herself was knowledgeable and intuitive. My husband and I popped in to Lili's for deep tissue massage and were very impressed with her knowledge of trigger points and pain, tightness. We have had many massages from a variety of nearby providers and we can highly recommend Lili and her no frills massage center. We plan on going back for a longer session when we return to Cape May,

My mom and I were in town for a few days' vacation and Lili booked us both for 90-minute deep tissue massages. She and her associate did a fantastic job! My mom is a veteran massage receiver at other locations back home and she said this was very effective and on target for relieving pressure in her tense areas. Lili applied just the right amount of pressure and different techniques. She even found and worked out some tense places I was unaware of! I left feeling so rejuvenated and relaxed! I wish I lived nearby so I could come again very soon! Highly recommended.

If you are tense, in pain, with tightness and in need of a serious massage, you have to check out Lili's Health Spa. I found lili's when I was having a challenge with a nerve misfiring in my back. Opting for a deep tissue massage, I found some relief after my first visit. As I was leaving, Lili schooled me in some exercises I should perform at home. These were the same exercises a physical therapist had recommended for a similar problem. Lili is amazing--particularly with her acupressure points--and she exudes positivity and kindness. Lili's has now become a regular rotation in my health care. In addition to amazing massage, Lili almost always directs me in exercises to pursue between visits and always checks to be sure I am exercising enough. This is not a scented candle, aromatherapy type spa but it is clean, reasonably priced, the staff is pleasant and except for not taking appointments, is simply fabulous.

Popped in today for an impromptu foot massage with my husband. Place was friendly clean and the ladies were lovely we had a 40 minute massage that was heavenly def recommend. Looking forward to going back
