I worked with Jake on an online live chat this afternoon, choosing and ordering a mask for my portable CPAP, mini travel machine. Jake was so helpful, and knew all about the masks and the accessories that I would need. After I placed my online order, I realize that I had made an error by ordering duplicates! I got back on the live chat, and amazingly Jake was there again! He was so kind and patient and understanding, and corrected my error for me immediately and issued a refund.
