This company is a lifesaver! The grab bars and shower head were installed within 24 hours of speaking with Tim AND he took the time to patiently explain to me and my husband how to use everything safely. Tim even told me that the shower chair I bought that was still in the box will not fit in my bathroom due to the location of the toilet. He recommended options, which I am following. I highly recommend this company! I would give 10 stars if that option existed.
