This experience was very good. The sales rep, Jessica St. John, was very knowledgeable and walked us through the whole process during our initial contact. She was helpful with several follow up questions before the installation. Our installer was Doug Hope. He was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable and patient as he answered all of our questions throughout the install process. He was prompt and arrived on time each day and worked steady during the day. He worked well with our daily time frame. Everything about this process went smoothly and I am very pleased with the final product.
