omg--went with Filan and Connor for a shower redo because there was a leak and knew we needed an expert plumber. they listened to our needs--came out to visualize the job-even Brian (the owner came out). Once material was received timeline was set and followed exactly! They were professional from start to finish. The WORKMANSHIP WAS EXCEPTIONAL, they were ATTENTIVE TO DETAILS, RESPONSIVE TO ANY QUESTIONS WE HAD, they were COURTEOUS, definitely on time--even early, and very clean. all i can say is if you don't use them for your plumbing, HVAC or bathroom remodels you are not getting the best THANK YOU WE LOVE IT!!
Mr. mack knew exactly what he was doing. Explained each step answered questions. Need to commend the young woman in the office who kept me appraised when the technician would arrive. They also explained to me when I called that I was entitled to a free visit from your technician because I had purchased the system within a year. I wasn’t expecting that. I appreciate it.
Thank you for the same day service! Buck was great - diagnosed my basement water problem and repaired within a couple of hours. Very glad that great companies like yours exist. Two thumbs up!
