Ed was great. Still waiting for a fan motor that’s supposed to come on Monday. Everything else was repaired and it will be five stars if they come back on Monday and finish everything as planned. So far no complaints!
CBM Air Conditioning is my go to whenever I need service. Their work is impeccable and reasonably priced. The technicians are honest and trustworthy. I would recommend them anytime.
I called CBM because the blade from the fan on my outside unit snapped in the middle of the night. I left a message and they responded promptly. They were out that morning with the part and AC was up and running in less than an hour. Good thing too because we were in the middle of a scorching heat wave. Their technician Eddie was excellent and very friendly. Not only would I recommend CBM...I will not use anyone else for my future needs pertaining to HVAC. Thank you Carl, Eddie and everyone at your wonderful company.
