Attended a seminar here. A really nice gym! The facilities were clean, everyone was welcoming and friendly, and the instruction was great. The owner was really nice and super passionate about Jiu Jitsu. Definitely a gym to check out if you are in the South Jersey area.

Ken Brach is a great instructor. He is caring and takes his students' learning personally. Ken know Jiu Jitsu, karate, and MMA at an elite level. Many places overwhelm new people with flash and new people often get lost in the mix. With Ken's system, you will learn the basics quickly and then be able to create your own style. Ken's students are often the best around because Ken doesn't only teach you his style. He gives variations on all the basics and his students end up being really good. I have trained with Kenny for about decade and a half If you want a clean safe place to work out and learn top notch self defense Brach’s is the place to be. Kenny’s teaching style allows you to progress at your own pace, competence at bjj takes patients time and dedication. Ken will give you all the tools you need to succeed. Kenny is the real deal.
