“Dana, the business owner, went above and beyond in making sure I was ready for my big day. She was always very communicative and offered advice when I had questions. When I wasn't sure if my hotel would have enough space to get ready in for my wedding, she coached me on alternative options and started going on AirBnB herself to find me a place that would work. The hotel ended up working out, but I could tell that Dana genuinely cared / felt responsible for ensuring I had an amazing wedding day experience. Her professionals who did hair and makeup for me, bridesmaids, and the moms were great and everyone looked incredible! It was super hot and humid and we were crying (happy tears haha) so much, and the makeup survived it all! You can't go wrong with Beautiful Brides. Seriously. (Also, very reasonable prices!!!)“

Absolutely amazing experience!

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was just beautiful. This Black-owned salon is filled with such positive energy — all the ladies were so joyful, funny, and kind. It’s truly inspiring to see Black women come together, work in harmony, and genuinely enjoy what they do. The vibes were peaceful and full of love.

The whole time I was there, it was just laughter! My jaw was hurting leaving that place — that’s how much fun we were having!

My hairstylist, Destini, is such a darling. She was so sweet, attentive, and really took her time to make sure my hair came out perfect. You can tell she truly loves what she does.

Not only that, but they go above and beyond with free drinks, snacks, and top-notch service. Everything about my visit was perfect — I left feeling pampered, joyful, and uplifted. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this salon to everyone I know! ?“

“My stylist Taylor is great. She is so knowledgeable and always does a great job. My hair was so damaged prior to me coming to her and she is helping get it back to health.“

“I recommend the stylists, the new location not so much. The main salon is smaller than the previous location. The check in/check out station is right at the door and resembles a hostess stand at a restaurant. When check out is backed up, people stand in line and get in the way of work flow, especially since there is a station right there near the entrance. In the center of the room, there is an island of 8 stations, 4 on each side. These stations are very close to one another. If all 4 stations on one side are being occupied, the stylists crowded together and there isn’t much room to move around. Plus, for color services, there would be a portable table taking up additional space. I’m envisioning a nightmare situation where the stylists accidentally collide and ruin someone’s haircut. In contrast, the other stations in the salon have several feet of separation between them and are more comfortable for the stylist and the customer. I fell bad for the stylists that choose to not have a suite because they are forced to work in a space with suboptimal design. I will continue to patronize the business since I love my stylist, but I’m not in love with the new salon.“

He actually listened to what I wanted, offered his professional opinion & advice, and gave me a fantastic cut that I’ve been getting compliments on ever since (seriously one of the most complimented hair cuts I’ve ever had). The salon has super reasonable prices and the whole vibe was upbeat and friendly, but not pretentious. I will obviously be going back! Stop wasting time looking for salons & just go talk to David.“

“New to the area and have been on the search for a black owned salon! Upon doing research I stumbled upon this gem and had the pleasure of being serviced by Danielle. My hair had been natural for 5 years and I was completely over ripping my hair out so went in for a virgin relaxer. Although Danielle didn’t recommend getting the relaxer that’s what I wanted so she was willing to move forward with the service. This was the first relaxer that I’ve ever had where it didn’t burn which honestly had EVERYTHING to do with her technique. She trimmed and styled my hair beautifully.
