TSDC is one of the larger and better established dance schools in the region. It is the fourth dance school we have tried after finding serious concerns with others. The strength of TSDC is that a few of their teachers are really good, current or former professional dancers. TSDC is also more focused on fundamentals and less on competitions. They do offer a large array of styles and genres, though some of the classes do not have well balanced capabilities. Way back, 30+ years ago I took dance at the Leoardo Dance Studio. Now my daughter takes Ballet at TSDC. I was so pleased at the recital today by just how good it was. I've heard horror stories about dance classes with super serialized moves and costumes. Totally nor the case. One number by the teens in the company was very mildly suggestive , but that was it. The music was all G rated, so yo speak , for all the different ages and styles. I'm going to be very comfortable sending my daughter there again in the fall.

My daughter loves Tricia Sloan Dance Center. The front desk is very helpful and friendly and my daughter just loves her teacher, Ms. Julie. It’s great to see my daughter practicing what she learns throughout the week and even though she’s only been here a little over a month she’s already learning a lot of ballet vocabulary. We couldn’t be more pleased that we chose this dance studio!
