Bristol loves going to A Family Pet Salon. Unfortunately, he is scared of the world around him (he is a rescue) but his tail is wagging the minute we pull up. He has no hesitation going into the salon. He actually whines on the way home every time. This is a true testament of the way they love everyone one of the animals who walk into their door. I would highly recommend them to any pet owner.

I took my dog to get groomed there with a wash and a cut yesterday and picked her up 4 hours later where she seemed very very tired & off like they gave her something to mellow her.. as a 5 month old puppy.. but I did not see anything physically wrong with her as I checked and scrutinized my dog everyday.. Today after I got done working behind the computer I realized she was yelping and in severe pain coming from her right ear liquid water and wax dripping out.. When I called to ask if maybe they got water in her ear they tried to imply that I neglect my dog and this was an ongoing situation they're not to blame instead of maybe just saying the woman who washes... read full review
