I had to write this. I picked up a blazer, hemp shirt and silk dress. The hemp shirt had stains from baby wipes and I didn’t want to risk putting it in the washer machine for fear it would damage the fabric. I came to pick it up today and the lady tells me the stains on the hemp shirt were due to discoloration and could not be fixed. Charged me $48.50 For 4 items. I then take the blazer out to wear it and find it totally covered in dust, hair (some not mine). I think that’s odd, shouldn’t it be clean? Brush it off and went to work. Then I get home and think maybe I should try washing the hemp shirt. So I put it in the washer machine and magically the baby wipe stains are gone. So now I’m thinking this lady didn’t dry clean anything and just put a bag on it and claimed it was washed. Never again.

Terrible experience today! I can't believe they charged me $52.50 to clean 3 simple summer mini dresses in cotton fabric. Stay away from there! I reached out to them over the phone to express my disappointment and ask for explanations, and the very rude person who answered the call, said that they raised enormously the prices due to the inflation. What??? I have been going there for several years, and they don't care about loyal clients? They raised more than 6$ the fee to clean a simple dress?? Now you pay $17.50 to dry clean a summer cotton mini dress. FYI. The worst part, when I politely expressed my frustration, she hang up on me. Terrible!
