I’ve lost count of how many times this place has come to my rescue for last-minute alterations. They’re incredibly fast, so sweet, and their work is always top-notch—all for a fraction of what Old Town charges. I’m so grateful to have them in our neighborhood!

Amazing! Gerard excels in customer service and is so kind. We have started using harbor cleaners through a drop off/pick up service offered which makes pointing out stains difficult but they have always cleaned everything so well. Once, out of our many times, a silk shirt came back and the stain was still there - it was a tough stain. I called to see if there was anything they could to and Gerard insisted I send it back and they will keep working on it. He reached out to let us know they did what they could but it was still there (although less visible). He said they can continue to try but would risk ruining the fabric.
