Urban Auto Spa offers a great car washing and detailing service, going above and beyond expectations. They provide a thorough exterior wash and interior detailing, which includes a wipe down and vacuuming. Customers often leave satisfied with the services provided, especially those who add the super vacuum and interior wipe down, as their cars look brand new after the service. One customer mentioned using the diamond package to restore their car to its original beauty.
However, some customers have noticed areas for improvement. One individual reported that their car was still dripping water and soap after a basic wash and that the tire shine was missing. Another pointed out that customers are required to get out of their cars and walk through a gift shop to pay, which can lead to timing issues with the wash. Despite these concerns, the staff is committed to quality service. Overall, Urban Auto Spa remains highly recommended for its excellent work and reasonable prices.
Not impressed, went for the gold wash. I had to dry parts of the car that they missed. Inside dashboard was still dusty , the display never touched, door arm rests still dusty. Passenger side rocker panel had brown line from the car wash that they did not wipe off. The driver side mat was not clean. Outside rear window had large smudges on it from leaning on it. Extremely disappointed. Maybe in their defense, they were quite busy.
This car wash did not meet my expectations at all! I paid $45 for a platinum service, and i specifically asked them to make sure to vacuum my trunk. FYI they didn’t! I’m
not saying that they did a bad job, but they could’ve done it better…
I visited Urban Auto in Wayne for the first time and added the extra vacuum service with a tip. The staff was helpful, but the interior cleaning fell short of expectations — several areas were still dusty and not thoroughly vacuumed. I even had to clean some spots myself. I was in a rush and arrived late for pick-up, yet I still had to deal with these issues on site. For the price, I was hoping for more attention to detail. I hope this feedback helps improve future service!
