We had a horrible experience about 6 months ago .The exterior wash left dirt streaks over a great deal of the car . Especially thetires ,they were left worst than when we arrived .Also the Latino manager was very impolite and refused to have his helpers wipe them off .So we had to finish the job . 2nd visit ,last week . We were in a rush so we said lets give them another try . We made sure this time to pay extra for the tires & wheels . Sorry to say ,the same results happened ,Dirt streaks all over car and tires appeared as they were missed by the machine .Again we brought the dirt & Streaks to the attention of the Latino workers / wipers .One was arguing with us trying...read full review

I am giving 5 Stars for the total value and experience, however, I'll be revising down if they keep vacuuming before washing. Although not every car gets vacuumed EVERY car has to wait. Longer lines and more time on line is not helpful to me and makes me consider other options.
