I cannot thank the manager Taylor enough for her amazing customer service skills. I had to change locations and she walked me through everything I needed to do. Seems my original location was not happy and was trying to delay the process. Taylor kept me informed the whole time. Thank you Taylor.Huge shout out to the most amazing massage therapist . Nope, not saying her name- You will all rush to her !

I’ve been going to this Massage Envy for years and I’ve always had a great experience. The front desk staff is very kind and helpful, and the massage therapists are skilled at what they do. The massage therapist I usually see is Judith, she is amazing!!
