Michael Damato did a fantastic inspection and report for the house I was looking to buy. He took his time to go through each item in detail, and did not rush through any items. He also explained critical items. In addition to his experience, he is also a PE and holds an engineering degree as well. I highly recommend him for home inspection.
Definitely recommend Mike with HomeLogic. He was very informative and came out within a few days of my call to complete the lead wipe testing that was required for my rental property.
