I called and made an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment the woman at the counter told me to have a seat. I waited for 20 minutes and when I asked her what was going on she said the stylist was running late. She was on the phone while applying color to her clients hair. I got up to leave and she rudely asked me if I was going to wait. I told her absolutely not and left. I will never try to make another appointment again. I also never received a courtesy phone call after to apologize and see if I wanted to reschedule. Hands down the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time.

Great hair salon, convenient hours even on the weekends. Jenifer is the hair stylists and she's the best at straightening and styling my curly curly hair!

Sheika does a fabulous blow out! I have been to so many places and no one seems to get it right. She knows what she is doing and my hair turns out gorgeous. I’m always satisfied and I definitely would recommend her to anyone. I love the salon and been going for over a year now!
