This was my puppy's first full groom and I wanted to make sure he would be comfortable. I called and spoke with the owner and he answered all of my questions, which eased my anxiety. They gave me the first morning appointment for the following week and when we arrived, the owner came out, talk to us some more and I explained more about my puppy's skin allergies and his special shampoo that needed to be used. I also gave him copies of his rabies vaccine and other vaccinations, as they require that prior to grooming or day of play. You can tell they treat the dogs with so much love and care. Even my husband and children noticed how fresh, sassy, and happy she looked when she got home. That says everything!
