At first I loved the place. I get powder gel manicure. I had different people doing my nails and they were all good. But then, somehow, I had pretty bad experiences with the same technicians (very thick or scratchy nails, or very painful). So, you never know what you’re going to get. The place is super clean and bright.
I have been going to Eden Nails for years, however, today’s experience was something I felt compelled to leave a review about. Despite going for years, I am a “last minute appointment maker” because of my kids schedules. 4 months ago, I had a baby and have not been as consistent as I would like to be. Today, I made a spontaneous decision to make an appointment thinking my 4 month old was still little enough to accompany me without a fuss. A week ago, I went in for a gel mani/pedi. One nail chipped the next day. The second day, another nail chipped. By day 5, I had to go elsewhere to get them redone. Also, I paid $10 extra for callus removal? I was expecting something special, not a swipe of the foot scrubber that most places include in the price of a regular pedicure.
