I visited Awaken Sauna today for the infrared sauna and cold plunge after a tough Hyrox event. It made a massive difference in my recovery. Christina was great and very knowledgeable, making the whole experience even better. I highly recommend them to everyone!

I just finished my second session in the infrared sauna with red light therapy and I absolutely love it. I’ve been dealing with lower back issues and wanted to try something therapeutic instead of relying on anti-inflammatory meds. After only two sessions, I can already feel some relief, which is very encouraging. I’m excited to see how I feel after a few more sessions.
Chris, the owner, is extremely personable and very knowledgeable. The space is clean, calming, and truly relaxing. Overall, a great experience so far and I’m looking forward to continuing.

Great experience!!! Sauna was hot, cold plunge was refreshing, and the space was clean and relaxing. Felt great afterward and will definitely be incorporating this into my wellness routine.
