Absolutely fantastic experience. Excellent communication. Very reliable and the work they did was perfect. The person who came was very friendly, and even went out of his way to advise me to use better screws (which he had) so my door would be secured better. Would use again for sure!
Excellent customer service, polite, courteous and on time service. I love the fact that we received texts with the appointment confirmation and pictures of who would be coming to estimate. Diane and her contractor were very informative of the work to be done and how it would be performed. They were very professional with how they approached the work needed to be done in our house. I would definitely recommend them.
I called ACE to repair a staircase in the house. The craftsmen from ACE, Michel and Najee, were careful and thorough, surrounding the work area with plastuc sheeting and setting fans to keep the dust out of the rest of the house. They cleared plaster to make the underside of the stairs accessible, and left the area clean and clear at the end of the day. Michel did the actual rebuilding of the stair case, working from below and from above, checking each step to assure it was properly aligned and secure. He worked efficiently and tirelessly and attended to every detail.
