Just got a mani and pedi. Nipped my big toe and it started bleeding. He continued to use the utensils although my toe was bleeding. He acted as if he did not see blood. I don’t think they properly clean the utensils also. I pray my big toe does not get infected. He proceeded to dab it with oil and all . This place is unsanitary.
Reviews are accurate. Wish I had read them before I went. Is it really a manicure if your cuticles aren't even addressed? If all you need is paint then go here I guess. If you're expecting a professional service, go elsewhere.
When I walked in she said 2 min wait , I sat there for 30 minutes and left , there are only 2 nail techs and one person doing pedicures, for you to be in a shopping mall you should have at least 1 or 2 more ppl
