It was my first time coming here. I am afraid of going to salons because of a previously traumatic experience. I also have straight thin hair so I have managed to just trim my own hair at home since covid. Anyway, my hair has gotten really long and I wanted a different haircut so I stopped by after getting groceries next door. I went early so it was quiet. I don’t know how it is at their busy hours but I was welcomed by Jasmin as soon as I walked in. I did not have to wait. I was registered and taken in. Jasmin also did my shampoo and haircut. I specifically asked if they accepted the coupon I had from their website on my phone and they said “we will scan it after the haircut” then the manager Jazmin said they only accept paper coupons and would not honor it. Even after she confirmed with the hostess she refused to honor it and just kept saying “I am Sorry” apparently not.Service: Haircut

Used the app to make my appointment. Didn't have to wait after walking in. Staff is friendly, and they always do a good job cutting my hair. I like their prices. Always less than the barber shop.
