Our new hardwood floors are immaculate! The Lion Wood Floors team followed through on every promise. Heline is very knowledgeable and so easy to get in touch with when you have a question… and we had many! She worked with us through every change- be it to the design or the schedule. (To accommodate our construction delay, the team worked overtime. We really appreciated that!) Also, a few days after the project was completed, we noticed a small spot that had gotten damaged by another vendor; Ron came out right away to repair it, no charge! We couldn’t be happier with the whole process and beautiful results. Thank you so much for your professionalism and care!
