It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Matt Saparito, I was one of those people who were looking to sell their home by owner and after a lot of calls and tire kicking Matt called me and asked me about selling with him, we met a couple times and he got me VERY DETAILED comps. We did meet in the middle from where he wanted to list and where I wanted to list but long story short with Matts unique marketing strategies and a HUGE open house weekend we got many offers well over ask. The whole process was smooth and effortless, Matt even handled some phone calls and meetings with contractors for me! I will definitely be using him again later this year for another property and would recommend him to anyone!
