BEWARE!! After emailing the company to not come and do a final clean up of our leaves I come home to find that the workers were at the house and had blown all the leaves into the street. I called the office immediately and explained that I had emailed them three days earlier to not come. Karla apologized and said that she would call the workers to let them know they were not supposed to do a clean up. HOWEVER they left all of the leaves in the street! We immediately called back and told them they needed to pick up the leaves. She agreed but no one came back. I called again and no one came. We agreed with this company for a variety of jobs related to a forthcoming sale of the house. These jobs covered landscaping, fence repair, minor drywall work (no painting), modest amount of electrical work, and some plumbing. The estimate was rather high in relation to the list of tasks, but we agreed mainly because of the inconvenience of dealing with several different service providers. The quality of the work was average to slightly below average. Our main problem related to punctuality and responsiveness. Appointments made were simply ignored on several occasions. Many of the repairs, e.g., the fence and the drywall, were pedestrian and demonstrated visible deficiencies.... read full review
