Agree with the other reviews that Alicia is the best! She has an amazingly kind and calm presence that is so soothing and just really sets the tone for a healing and relaxing experience. She is able to pair that with clear expertise and care for her craft as she talked through my issues and the work that she was doing. She will absolutely tailor the massage to your needs. Received the best massage of my life here! Alicia is highly skilled. I lift weights a lot and am also often seated – Alicia's massage really broke down knots and stiff muscles, improving my movement and overall well-being. She has great pressure, targets specific anatomy very well, and employs tools to great effect. Highly therapeutic and will return regularly.
Where do I start! The whole experience is superb - Alicia takes great care to understand the aches and pains to provide a custom approach to each patient. This is not your typical massage but is truly a medicinal massage. I have seen Alicia several times and with each careless injury, she pays attention to help nurse me stronger even if I am wincing while she carefully works through my knots. I highly recommend Alicia!!
