all i can say is WOW had a burnt video card and bad screen,and for under 200$ my stuff looks brand new.Don't be swayed by "GEEKS". they also have really nice refurbished laptops at a great prices if you want to get you youngster one for school. A great example of how a mom and pop shop are better than a national chain!!!

Fair pricing, they beat another estimate I got by almost $50 They fixed my laptop the same day. I will be back the next time I need them.
