The vinyasa class was a perfect balance of meditation and flow practice, and our instructor always provided different levels of modification for our poses so it was great for a variety of levels. It's currently the off-season, so the class was not too packed, which I loved. Can't wait to return for more classes, and in the main season one of their beach or paddle board yoga classes.“
