We stopped Bob on whim when we were having an issue with a sulfur smell. We thought it might be our hot water heater, but he immediately knew our battery was shorted. Had we not stopped him things could have been so much worse for our family. That quick assessment is something only experience can provide. So grateful for Bob and Road Trip RV!

Bob was so helpful, he returned my call, showed up to my house at the time promised and repaired the camper onsite! It was such a wonderful service that I would only use Bob in the future! So convenient and easy to get assistance!
