I called to try to purchase a lock for my camper. Even though REC TEC focuses more on the service side of things, John took the time to answer a bunch of questions about my camper and direct me in the right direction. Highly recommend!! John was punctual, he knew what he was doing. There was no need to go to a RV mechanic, he comes to you! He had all the proper tools even was able to send me a estimate onsite! Well rounded businessman.
