John has just got my rv up and running. Excellent people skills. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The rv is new to me so John went through all the rv settings and explained how to work it. Very satisfied and would highly recommend.

Hired Jon from Rec Tec to do prepurchase inspection of brand new 2026 rv. He communicated with dealer and I prior to inspection so that we were all on the same page. Showed up on time and proceeded with inspection. Even a brand new RV will have flaws and defects. Jon was very thorough and educated me on many items, as he pointed out minor flaws and oversights that the builder simply neglected or overlooked. While many people told me this would be a waste of money, there was enough pointed out that more than justified the expense. Money well spent. Highly recommended.

If I could give Jon 10 stars, I would. He has gone above and beyond to help us get our RV running smoothly after my father passed away. He replaced the batteries, provided an inspection, showed us how to get the generators running and answered all of our questions. Jon is a great guy who is very knowledgeable. If you're thinking about hiring him, do it! I highly recommend using him.
