We chose Precision as our home inspector for a property we were considering purchasing and are very satisfied with their service, communication, and accommodations.Our inspector Charles Arnone walked us through the inspection and explained in detail the issues he found. He also took the time to explain how to properly maintain the equipment found throughout the house. He was also great at answering questions after the inspection via phone calls.
