Jim at Red Tail Home Inspection is possibly the best home inspector you could ask for as a first time home buyer. Extremely patient and thorough, he doesn't just tell you whether the house is currently fine but tells you what you should be looking out for 5, 10, 20 years down the line.
I used him twice as I actually had to pull out from the first house I offered on after finding a blocked sewer line through a sewer scope Jim had organized. He is the perfect type of person you should trust when going through the most important purchase of your life.
