Thanks to Jerry and Steve we have a working bathroom again!! We've had a stuck diverter for awhile and were too lazy to get it fixed until one day we noticed the leaking started happening on the top by the handle. We called Gen III and met Steve. He was very knowledgeable and experienced in this field and worked very quickly to fix everything. Unfortunately our house was older so the parts he had were not compatible. Thankfully there was Jerry to the rescue. He was quickly able to track down the part we needed and brought it to us so in the end our bathroom was fixed the same day. Thanks for going the extra mile. We had an electrical GFI outlet in the bathroom that overheated and melted the neutral wire onto the outlet which could have led to an electrical fire. . We turned off the breaker and immediately called Generation III. Jerry, the owner came over within the hour surveyed the situation and replaced the outlet. Meticulous and clean worker. Checked all the wiring and even went into the breaker panel box the check all the wiring connections. Extremely professional. Great local family business. I strongly recommend them!
